Email us at macechasmfarm@gmail.com with your order! We will get in touch to schedule and check in about your ‘cut sheet’ when the custom season opens. Please let us know if there is a holiday or special event you’re hoping to receive your order in time for.

You will fill out a ‘cut sheet’ to let us know what you’d like prepared from each part of the animal. We are happy to fill this out with you over the phone, so that we can answer questions.

Beef

During Fall and Winter months we offer Half or Whole Animals at $6.50/lb by hanging weight, which includes all processing fees. Our whole animals typically hang at around 600 lbs. We offer quarts of Bone Broth made from your soup bones for your freezer, in addition to the full gamut of cuts and grinds.


Pork

Contact us to inquire about Custom Pork availability. Cost is $5/lb hanging weight, plus $35 per half (slaughter fee) and $1/lb for cutting and packing.
